"Connections" was established from the will of the founders to engage in a profession that reflects their values, beliefs and perceptions of the world: change the reality in which we live into a better place, a place where the spirit of the people aim at mutual consent, peace and thoughtfulness.
We feel that the way we communicate which is reflected in the processes we lead, along with the educational programs we initiated would change and assimilate their mark in Israeli culture.
The judicial system is overloaded because large parts of the population are unaware of the benefits of mediation and are in a conflict state of mind – To win at the expense of the other ,which in fact is leading to a dead end.
We believe and know that there is another way!
"Connections" invites you to resolve conflict sand controversies in a different way,a relaxed and harmonious way, that will enable cooperation and control over the result which means success to all parties . Gaining useful mitigation tools in the process , and a real solution to problems above and below the surface for no matter what the conflict subject is.
